The raw bar
An interactive raw bar featuring the best of the New England coast.
There is nothing more classic to this region than fresh oysters on ice, lemon wedges, and a little briny air.
Our raw bar brings the best of the New England coast directly to your event. Whether it stands alone as the centerpiece of a cocktail party or complements a wedding or rehearsal dinner menu, it adds an unmistakable sense of place.
Our oysters
We are proud to feature oysters with local roots, including ties to Ninigret Oysters, known for their clean, balanced brine and beautifully cultivated Rhode Island flavor.
We are family-owned (Behan Family Farm), and our oysters are delivered fresh from the water on the day of your event. They are shucked on site and served simply and perfectly, allowing the quality of the shellfish to shine.
Our raw bar can be fully customized to suit your event size and style. We build each display with intention, focusing on freshness, presentation, and flow.
