Yes and no. All food items are prepared, either fully or partially in our commissary kitchen located in Westerly, RI. Once on site, some items require additional preparation or cooking. This is done to ensure only the freshest food is served at your event.

Yes! We’re happy to offer full bar and beverage service for weddings and special events. From creative signature cocktails and thoughtfully selected wines to champagne toasts and elevated non-alcoholic options, we’ll help you create a drink experience for YOUR celebration. Our professional bartenders, bar setups, and glassware can all be included.

Yes, we work exclusively with Pranzi and Peak Event Services to help coordinate all your rental needs. Items frequently included in a standard rental order include glassware, flatware, china, linens, chairs, tables, tent, cooking equipment (if necessary), and more. Rental orders can be customized to your event.

Our pricing is customized to each event, as every celebration is unique. Final pricing is based on your menu selections, guest count, service style, event location, rentals, staffing, and any additional enhancements such as bar service or specialty decor. Once we understand your vision, we’ll create a detailed proposal that clearly outlines all costs.

Final guest counts are due 14 days prior to your event. At that time, we will confirm your total headcount, including vendor meals, children’s meals, and any dietary restrictions or allergies, along with receipt of final payment. All menu selections and changes must also be finalized by this date to accommodate any pricing adjustments and ensure a seamless event experience.

Where to start! A sure win is certainly our Ningret Nectar Oyster Raw Bar accompanied by Colossal Cocktail Shrimp. Our gorgeous cheeseboard spreads are a delight for the eyes and add a statement to every event. Appetizers of note include our Tuna Poke in a savory sesame cone and homemade Butternut Arancini stuffed with creamy Taleggio cheese. Frequently chosen meals include our Burgundy Thyme Short Ribs and Local Fluke with a fresh, light tomato-basil and white wine sauce.

Our team arrives approximately 2.5 hours before your event to thoughtfully prepare the space for your celebration. We take care of setting tables, chairs, linens, and place settings, along with the complete set-up of all food and beverage stations—so everything is beautifully in place and ready to welcome your guests.

Yes. Our experienced event manager works seamlessly with your wedding coordinator and vendor team to ensure every moment unfolds effortlessly and on time. Should you choose not to have a planner on the day of your event, we will thoughtfully collaborate with the venue manager and music entertainment, discreetly managing formalities and speeches to maintain a smooth, elegant flow throughout the evening.

Yes. We are experienced in accommodating food allergies and dietary restrictions whenever possible. Our team follows careful preparation and handling procedures, and all special meals are clearly identified during service. While our kitchen is not allergen-free, we take every precaution and follow best practices to minimize the risk of cross-contact.

Tastings are held in a fun & lively group setting, mainly during winter and spring, and are designed to showcase representative menu selections, seasonal ingredients, and our culinary style. This allows us to collaborate with you on menu details and ensure every element aligns with your vision.
