Our approach

Our menus are built from scratch using seasonal ingredients and local seafood whenever possible, and our service is designed to feel seamless and unforced. Whether we’re cooking for a wedding, a private dinner, or a large celebration, we take pride in being prepared, present, and easy to work with.

Food is the foundation of what we do — but it’s the experience around it that makes an event feel memorable. From the way a table is set to the pacing of the evening, we pay attention to the details so our clients don’t have to.

Our food

Our kitchen is entirely from scratch. Stocks, sauces, dressings, and accompaniments are made in-house, with menus shaped by the season and what’s available from local farms and the Rhode Island coast. We’re especially known for our seafood and raw bars, often sourcing and preparing ingredients as close to the event as possible.

We don’t follow trends or templates — we cook food that’s generous, well-executed, and meant to be enjoyed around a table.
